Vitamin E: We all know the power of Vitamin E when it comes to our skin. A majority of lotions and skincare products include this powerful antioxidant. Vitamin E helps repair our skin. Did you know that our body cannot make Vitamin E? That is why it is important to get enough of it through your diet. You can get a lot of Vitamin E in beets, avocado, asparagus, broccoli and kiwi fruit.

B Vitamins: So, there are eight B vitamins. B vitamins are amazing for hair, skin, and nails. You can physically see when your body is deficient in vitamin B. You will notice chronic skin issues such as discoloration, a dull complexion, dry patches and even dry patches. A vast amount of vitamins are found in protein, dried beans, nuts and seeds, dairy and whole grains.
