Fall is officially here and it happens to be one of my favorite seasons. From Halloween preparations, fall decor, fall festivities and even countdown to the holidays, but there is one thing that I dislike about the change of season. Fall sparks the start of cold weather and runny noses.

Last year, I did not worry too much about this. Now that my toddler has started preschool this year, I am on complete edge when it comes to preparing and stocking up. I am taking as many precautions as I can this year. I would rather over-prepare as much as I can. As always Kroger is my go-to the grocery store. Having a Kroger down the road is so convenient for me. Aside from always having freshly stocked produce, they also have everything that I need to combat the season.  While shopping at Kroger, it came to mind that I should restock my wellness basket with items that will come in handy. Besides, keeping a little wellness basket in my home is great to have even for guests. You just never know when you’ll be at ease knowing you have it prepared! Here are a few items that I like to keep stocked in my wellness basket.

Fight the Cold and Flu This Season

Emergen-C® Super Orange – This little packet is filled with nutrients including 1000 mg of Vitamin C and other immune-supporting antioxidants plus B Vitamins to enhance energy naturally, which means no caffeine. This is a great way to help support your immune system.* Pour this packet into a glass of water and watch the fizz. Plus, the flavor is delicious. Want something other than orange? It’s also available in Raspberry, Tangerine & lots of other flavors.

Dial Complete® Foaming Hand Wash – White Tea: Dial Complete® Foaming Hand Wash is antibacterial and kills 99.99% of bacteria encountered in household settings. While Dial Complete® Foaming Hand Wash has many scents, White Tea is my personal go-to. I always resort to a foam because the foam encourages my son to constantly wash his hands since it reminds him of “little bubbles”. (This is perfect knowing it is an antibacterial soap and will wash away yucky bacteria). You’ll want to stock up now that Kroger is offering a great savings. Save $1.50 on any TWO (2) Dial Complete® Foaming Hand Washes. Excludes trial & travel size. Begins 12/1/19 for limited time only.

Stocking up early in preparation for the season ahead is something that I don’t mind doing. I am a firm believer that preparation is key, which is why I wanted to share how I stay prepared early and have all the necessities in my wellness basket. The next time that you are shopping at Kroger, be sure to stock up on all of your wellness products. It’s never too early!
